Robert Murphy is a Partner of PKF Investment Banking with over 30 years of experience in investment banking and corporate development. Prior to joining PKF Investment Banking, Bob co-owned two M&A firms, and held numerous senior operating and financial management positions, including as a financial officer and SVP, Corporate Development of a public company.
Bob’s investment banking expertise includes work on over 300 financial consulting and M&A sell-side and buy-side engagements. He has closed deals in industries such as distribution, manufacturing, business services, health care and IT, as well as many complex cross-border transactions. He has closed deals with private and public companies and private equity firms in nine countries on four continents.
Bob is well regarded for his business expertise, objective and honest advice, attention to detail, negotiation skills and professionalism. He also is a former CPA.

Lori Green is a talented strategic marketing professional and financial writer with 25+ years of investment banking experience. Her expertise is in targeting communications to investors and business owners. She has worked with clients in virtually every industry and served for many years as SVP, Strategic Marketing at a middle-market M&A firm. She holds a BA in English from Binghamton University and an MA in Media & Communications from The New School.
Susan Zhang is an investment banker with superb problem solving, financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills. Her M&A experience includes managing every aspect of the deal process as well as negotiating deal pricing and terms. She has worked for several investment banking firms including J.P. Morgan Securities, and HSBC Securities (USA), contributing on dozens of transactions. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business/UPENN and a BS in Engineering from University of Science & Technology of China. She is CPA-qualified and a CFA level III candidate. FINRA licensed holding Series 7, 79 and 63.
